Experiencing technical problems? Try these simple
troubleshooting tips first: |
Reset your receiver
Resetting
your receiver will fix the majority of issues you may be
experiencing. To do this, press and hold the Power Button on
the front panel of your satellite receiver for 10 seconds.
Your receiver will then reboot. If not, try the additional
tips below. |

Check for anything that may
be blocking your satellite signal (tree branches, snow,
etc). |

Check that your
TV is set to channel 3 or 4. If your remote is identified by
a blue number 2, also try channel 60 or 73. |

Watch for the
remote control “low battery indicator” on your TV screen and
be sure to replace the batteries in your remote control as
necessary. |
 |
Make sure the receiver is
continuously connected to a working phone line. |
